OILS THAT ARE SUPPLIED BY ENCHANTED OILS LTD TO CUSTOMERS ARE SOLD ON THE UNDERSTANDING THAT THE CUSTOMER IS A PROFESSIONAL USER OVER THE AGE OF 18 AND THAT THEY WILL BE USING THE OILS FOR FURTHER FORMULATION INTO FINISHED ARTICLES WHICH WILL BE SOLD TO CONSUMERS. IT IS A STIPULATION OF YOUR PURCHASE CONTRACT WITH ENCHANTED OILS THAT CUSTOMERS READ SAFETY DATA SHEETS FOR THE OILS THEY ORDER AND TAKE ALL NECESSARY PRECAUTIONS AGAINST HEALTH/ENVIRONMENT RISKS SHOWN WITHIN THESE SAFETY DATA SHEETS. AS ENCHANTED OILS LTD ARE AWARE MANY OF OUR CUSTOMERS WORK FROM HOME - IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT OILS ARE LOCKED AWAY AND OUT OF REACH FROM CHILDREN AND PETS.
All orders are placed subject to UK law, any dispute must be dealt with by UK courts under the English legal system.
Ordering
Before you can place an order, you will need to register and log in. Currently, deliveries can only be made to the England, Scotland, Wales, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands & Scilly Isles. Very rarely your attempt to place an order may be unsuccessful due to mistake or technical error. Whilst we cannot be held liable for this, we will do all we can to resolve issues arising from such events. If your order is accepted, then you accept that you are contractually bound to pay the total for the order and together with the delivery costs as stated. You will receive confirmation of your order by e-mail within 24 hours.
Our WebShop stocks Fragrance Oil Quantities of 50g, 100g, 250g, 500g.
We offer 10ml Fragrance Oil Sample bottles to purchase at a reduced price in order for our customers to have the opportunity to smell fragrances before they purchase larger quantities our oils. You will find these in the All Fragrance Oils - Try Before You Buy section of our WebShop. A maximum of 10 x 10ml sample fragrance oil bottles per order is allowed. Sample oils are a one time purchase, therefore, customers will only be allowed to purchase a maximum of 1 x 10ml sample bottle of any fragrance oil. Duplicate bottle requests or future re-orders of the same oil are not allowed and the customer will be contacted and a refund for duplicated or re-ordered oils will be issued.
Large Order Quantities of 1kg & greater: If you require larger quantities of fragrance oils larger than 500g please contact us as this will need to be ordered in especially for you and will take at least 10 days. Payment in advance for large bottle quantity will be required at the time of order.
Pricing
The prices shown on our website may change from time to time due to fluctuations in manufacturing and transportation costs. Occasionally, there may be an error in the pricing given on our website due to software/systems errors and if a pricing error does occur whereby the price given on the website is incorrect and below the price that should be charged for the item - we will contact the purchaser to explain the error and give notification of the correct price for the item. The purchaser will be given the option to cancel the item and be refunded for that item or continue with the purchase of the item at the corrected price.
Payment
We offer a number of ways to pay for your orders:-
1. Using credit card, debit card via STRIPE.
2. Payment via Paypal standard payment (payable from your existing PayPal account or by using your direct debit or credit card through PayPal.
3. Payment via PayPal "Pay in 3 Option" please refer to the Paypal website for further information about their terms & conditions for using this payment method. You can use this payment method if you are already a registered PayPal consumer account holder and resident in the UK. If you select PayPal Pay in 3 as a payment method for your order, you will be prompted to log on via PayPal during the checkout process to set up your payment. Available for orders with a value of more than £30 and less than £2000, subject to status and approval. PayPal Pay in 3 is a form of credit, it may not be suitable for everyone and use may affect your credit score. Please see PayPal website for further information - see here PayPal Pay in 3 T&C's
4. Payment via Clearpay Payments - we offer this via a Clearpay Payment link that will be emailed to you once your order is completed on our website. The email we send to you will contain a link to Clearpay using STRIPE and you will be able to make payment and will be given the payment options for your order as you would any normal Clearpay payment.
5. For large bulk orders containing large quantities of oils and other products sold by Enchanted Oils Ltd - we can offer payment via a Paypal invoice or direct bank transfer to our Enchanted Oils Ltd business bank account - we will issue an invoice to you for payment. ** please contact us by email [email protected] or 01527 304008 to discuss this option when required.
Turnaround Time and Delivery
You can arrange to collect your order directly from the Enchanted Oils Workshop between the hours of 2:30am & 5:00pm Monday - Thursday (Orders are normally ready the day after you have placed your order but if required we may be able to offer same day collection - IMPORTANT - please ensure you discuss your collection details with us before you make your journey).
All other orders are dispatched out daily. For orders received before 10am Monday to Friday - we aim to send these out same day or next working, however, there will be times where we are extra busy due to large orders and busier times of the year eg. Christmas, Mother's Day, Valentines Day etc, therefore, we reserve the right to extend the Turnaround Time to between 2 & 5 working days during these periods. You are welcome to contact us via email or our Facebook Group for a estimation of Turnaround Time before you place your order.
Delivery Options are:-
Option A - Royal Mail Tracked 48 - 3-5 days from dispatch of order - £4.50 (Maximum weight up to 2kg)
Option B - Royal Mail Tracked 24 - 1-3 days from dispatch of order - £5.50 (Maximum weight up to 2kg)
Option C - DPD Next Working Day Delivery (from day of dispatch) - £8.50 for large order items of Clamshells, Deli-pots & 5kg + of Sodium Bicarbonate
Free Delivery on orders over £120.00 via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (or alternative delivery option will be made at the discretion of Enchanted Oils Ltd).
Open Box - for ongoing orders to reduce postage costs customers can place open box orders and the total delivery cost will be notified to the customer for payment before the order is dispatched.
Collection from our offices (contact us to arrange collection at a mutually convenient time for both parties).
If extra postage is required you will be contacted with the additional cost amount and if you no longer wish to go ahead with your order it can be cancelled at this time.
Once an order leaves Enchanted Oils Ltd they become the responsibility of the delivery agent ie. Royal Mail, DPD. Everything is checked and double checked to ensure that goods leave Enchanted in perfect condition. We can provide a proof of postage for your order but we do not send tracked or signed for.
If orders are lost or damaged please contact us immediately and provide as much information as possible so that we may make enquiries with the delivery agent - if required we will lodge a claim with them. Please note that Enchanted Oils Ltd take no responsibility for an additional charges requested by the delivery agent for your order including re-delivery requests.
As per the UK Distance Selling Legislation, you have a "cooling off period" of 14 days from the day you receive your order to return the products from your order that are not liquid OR base products (see information above regarding liquids & bases) - if you have changed your mind and wish to cancel. The goods must be returned unused, unopened and in the same condition as they were originally dispatched by us complete with packaging. We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was dispatched by us.
You must contact us by email to confirm which items are being returned. We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting and/or insurance when returning a parcel. Postage costs will not be refunded. Any free gifts associated with an order must be returned at the same time or the cost of the gift will be deducted from the refund. Please return the items to the address at the top of the page along with a note of your details and the reason for return. Refunds will be made within 30 days. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 20% of the order value. All returns costs will be payable by you and not by Enchanted Oils Ltd.
Should you require a refund for faulty/wrong goods please send an email to [email protected] stating your order number and explaining the fault. Requests for refunds due to faulty products must be submitted as soon as reasonably practicable and you may be asked to provide photographic evidence of the fault/s. You will, most likely, be asked to return the item to us and if the reason for return is that we have dispatched incorrect items in error then Enchanted Oils Ltd will pay the return postage. If you have received an incorrect or faulty item you will be offered a correct replacement or refund.
We must be notified of incorrect, missing or damaged products within 48 hours of receipt of your order. All orders are double checked carefully before dispatch to minimise the chance of an incorrect product or a product missing from your parcel. Please check your order carefully before emailing to advise of a faulty/missing/incorrect product.
Clearance Items in Sale
ALL items sold in the clearance section of our website are sold to our customers on the understanding that they are being sold as items no longer being stocked in our range - once the stock has sold we will not be ordering further stocks of these fragrance oils. Please ensure you have downloaded the documents you require for your products as documents will be removed from our files once the fragrance oil stock has been sold.
Fragrance Oils sold & purchased via online Destashes
If Customers resell any of our products via destash or online reselling sites - please note that you are responsible for passing across any documentation that has been provided to you. We provide the documents to our customers upon dispatch of their orders but we are not responsible for providing documentation to third-party purchasers.
Suitability for purpose
Our Fragrance Oils can be used for a variety of purposes - wax melts, candles, reed diffusers, room sprays, car air fresheners, bath & body, cosmetics etc. Please see our IFRA documentation in the CLP & Tech Document section of our website to check the % as which a fragrance oil can be used in products. If you are using our fragrance oils in cosmetic assessments - you will require the Allergens Declaration for the fragrance oil this is available upon request. It is the responsibility of the customer to use the products with their own discretion and we would always advise all customers to carry out their own tests to ensure their products are suitable for the purpose they are sold for. We do not accept responsibility for damage or defect of goods arising from incorrect storage or use by the customer. We accept no liability for loss or consequential damage arising from the goods supplied, unless it is caused by our negligence or breach of duty. As fragrances behave in different ways in different bases we highly recommend that you perform tests. Please remember that fragrance oils are chemicals and should be handled with care at all times - you should always read the fragrance oil SDS and bottle label carefully before starting making your products.
Safety Data Sheets, CLP Label Templates - Disclaimer
Enchanted Oils Ltd provide safety data sheets (SDS) for our fragrance oils these are emailed directly to purchaser once the goods are dispatched in accordance with REACH legislation for SDS distribution. The information we use in our Safety Data Sheets is provided to us by our suppliers and we use this information together with the latest substance information in the GB MCL, ECHA & other sources. We, also, voluntarily, provide a CLP label @ 10% load for labelling your non-hazardous base product. Enchanted Oils Ltd will, of course, use reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of any information in the documents/templates offered voluntarily but makes no representation or warranty of any kind (whether express or implied statutory or otherwise) that they will be timely or error-free. Enchanted Oils Ltd will not be responsible or liable for the use of any information provided in these documents/templates - legislation states that the supplier (our customers) of the end product is the person responsible for ensuring the correct information is given for their products documentation/labels etc.
If you are adding colours and other substances that may potentially be hazardous then you must take these into consideration in your labelling - THIS IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. You can download the Voluntarily provided CLP information from the section on our website entitled "CLP & Tech Documents for Download".
We would always recommend that our customers run their own tests and keep records to ensure there are no adverse outcomes of using these fragrance oils in any of your products - we do not accept any responsibility for any adverse effects of these oils. You use these oils solely at your own risk and we recommend that you carry out all tests required to ensure your finished products are safe for consumer use. All documents issued for our fragrance oils or other products belong to Enchanted Oils and whether they are located on the Enchanted Oils Ltd website and/or Facebook Group documents belong to and remain the property of Enchanted Oils Ltd and no rights are given to use these documents in connection with any oils similar or the same on any other website, facebook page or similar digital media. All documents are the property of Enchanted Oils Ltd and may not be shared without the prior consent of Enchanted Oils Ltd.
It is important to remember that CLP & Safety Data Sheets substances are based on information that is made available to us by our suppliers and that these will change from time to time as new information on substances becomes available in the Industry. Updated substances will require us to update our Safety Data Sheets and Fragrance Oil labels and may, also, require our Customers to update their CLP labels for their products to bring them into line with the latest information available. The legislation states that updates of information should be carried out at the earliest opportunity - so we recommend updating them at the next opportunity to do so. After-all the information you provide on your labels is so that your customers are able to use your products safely.
