VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION
 

OILS THAT ARE SUPPLIED BY ENCHANTED OILS TO CUSTOMERS ARE SOLD ON THE UNDERSTANDING THAT THE CUSTOMER IS A PROFESSIONAL USER OVER THE AGE OF 18 AND THAT THEY WILL BE USING THE OILS FOR FURTHER FORMULATION INTO FINISHED ARTICLES WHICH WILL BE SOLD TO CONSUMERS.  IT IS A STIPULATION OF YOUR PURCHASE CONTRACT WITH ENCHANTED OILS THAT CUSTOMERS READ SAFETY DATA SHEETS FOR THE OILS THEY ORDER AND TAKE ALL NECESSARY PRECAUTIONS AGAINST HEALTH/ENVIRONMENT RISKS SHOWN WITHIN THESE SAFETY DATA SHEETS.  AS ENCHANTED OILS ARE AWARE MANY OF OUR CUSTOMERS WORK FROM HOME - IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT OILS ARE LOCKED AWAY AND OUT OF REACH FROM CHILDREN AND PETS.  

 

All orders are placed subject to UK law, any dispute must be dealt with by UK courts under the English legal system.

 

Ordering

 

Before you can place an order, you will need to register and log in.  Currently, deliveries can only be made to the UK, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands & Scilly Isles. Very rarely your attempt to place an order may be unsuccessful due to mistake or technical error. Whilst we cannot be held liable for this, we will do all we can to resolve issues arising from such events. If your order is accepted, then you accept that you are contractually bound to pay the total for the order and together with the delivery costs as stated. You will receive confirmation of your order by e-mail within 24 hours.

 

Our WebShop stocks Fragrance Oil Quantities of 50g, 100g, 250g, 500g. 

 

We offer Sample Granules of all of our oils for our customers to have the opportunity to smell fragrances before they purchase our oils.  You will find these in the Try Before You Buy section of our WebShop.

 

Large Order Quantities: If you require larger quantities of fragrance oils larger than 500g please contact us as this will need to be ordered in especially for you and will take at least 10 days.  Payment in advance for large bottle quantity will be required at the time of order.

 

Payment

 

We accept payment by credit card, debit card via our Create e-commerce system or Paypal and via Klarna (3 payments agreed with Klarna).  For orders that contain large sizes of fragrance oil 1kg - customers will receive either a Paypal invoice for payment via Paypal or a manually created Enchanted Oils invoice for payment directly to our business bank account.

 

Turnaround Time and Delivery

 

You can arrange to collect your order directly from the Enchanted Oils Workshop between the hours of 9:30am & 3:30pm Monday - Friday (Orders are normally ready the day after you have placed your order but if required we may be able to offer same day collection - IMPORTANT - please ensure you discuss your collection details with us before you make your journey). Unfortunately, we are not able to allow customers to smell any fragrance samples onsite at the workshop as this is prohibited by our Insurers.

 

All other orders are dispatched out each day. For all orders received before 10am Monday to Friday - we aim to send these out same day, however, there will be times where we are extra busy due to large orders and busier times of the year eg. Christmas, Mother's Day, Valentines Day etc, therefore, we reserve the right to extend the Turnaround Time to between 2 & 5 working days during these periods.  You are welcome to contact us via email or our Facebook Group for a estimation of Turnaround Time before you place your order. 

 

Delivery options are DPD Courier Next Day (Mainland UK), 2-3 Day My Hermes Courier (Scottish Highlands, Islands, Isle of Mann, Isles of Scilly) & Royal Mail 2nd class for Sample Granules ONLY. On behalf of our delivery agents we advise that they may not always be able to deliver to the times they have agreed - due to circumstances out of their control - or - excessively busy times of the year.  Paying the order cost is deemed to be acceptance of the postage/delivery charges.  If extra postage is needed you will be charged the actual extra cost of delivery and you will have the option to accept the cost or cancel your order. After orders leave Enchanted Oils they become the responsibility of the delivery agent. Everything is checked and double checked to ensure that goods leave Enchanted in perfect condition. If orders are lost or damaged please contact us immediately and provide as much information as possible so that we may make enquiries with the delivery agent - if required we will lodge a claim with them.

 

Cancellation, Returns and Refunds
 
 
IMPORTANT - THIS REFUND POLICY DOES NOT APPLY TO ANY PRODUCTS SUPPLIED IN LIQUID FORM or POWDER FORM EG. FRAGRANCES, PRODUCT BASES FOR BLENDING WITH OILS SUCH AS DIFFUSER BASES, ROOM SPRAY BASES, CARPET FRESHENER BASES, AIR FRESHENER DILUTANTS DUE TO THE POSSIBILITY OF THE FRAGRANCE OIL SUFFERING CONTAMINATION/OR/BEING TAMPERED WITH .  WE HAVE SAMPLE SIZES FOR EACH OF OUR PRODUCTS AND WE RECOMMEND YOU TRY A SAMPLE SIZE BEFORE PURCHASING A LARGER SIZE OF ANY OF OUR PRODUCTS.  REMEMBER THAT THE SMELL FROM A FRAGRANCE OIL OUT OF THE BOTTLE WILL NOT NECESSARILY BE THE SAME AS WHEN IT HAS BEEN MADE UP INTO PRODUCT.
 
THE REASON WE WILL NOT REFUND FOR THE ABOVEMENTIONED IS DUE TO THE POSSIBILITY OF CONTAMINATION ONCE THE PRODUCT HAS LEFT OUR SITE - WE WOULD BE UNABLE TO TEST THE LIQUID FOR CONTAMINATION AND, THEREFORE, UNABLE TO RE-SELL THE PRODUCT.  
 
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE REFUND POLICY PERTAINS TO ALL PAYMENT METHODS INCLUDING PAYMENTS MADE BY KLARNA.
 
If you wish to cancel BEFORE we have sent goods, you must do so by email to [email protected] if your order has not been sent, it will be cancelled and you will be refunded in full within 30 days.
 
If you change your mind and cancel AFTER your order has been sent to you or after receiving the goods the following procedures apply -

As per the UK Distance Selling Legislation, you have a "cooling off period" of 14 days to return the ordered non-liquid OR base products as mentioned above - if you have changed your mind and wish to cancel. The goods must be returned unused, unopened and in the same condition as they were originally dispatched by us. We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was dispatched by us. 

You must contact us by email to confirm which items are being returned. We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting and/or insurance when returning a parcel. Postage costs will not be refunded. Any free gifts associated with an order must be returned at the same time or the cost of the gift will be deducted from the refund. Please return the items to the address at the top of the page along with a note of your details and the reason for return. Refunds will be made within 30 days. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 20% of the order value. All returns costs will be payable by you and not by Enchanted Oils.
 

Should you require a refund for faulty/wrong goods please send an email to [email protected] stating your order number and explaining the fault. Requests for refunds due to faulty products must be submitted as soon as reasonably practicable. You will, most likely, be asked to return the item to us and if the reason for return is that we have dispatched incorrect items in error then Enchanted Oils will pay the return postage. If you have received an incorrect or faulty item you will be offered a correct replacement or refund.

  

We must be notified of incorrect, missing or damaged products as soon as reasonably practicable but within 48 hours of receipt. All orders are double checked carefully before dispatch to minimise the chance of an incorrect product or a product missing from your parcel. Please check your order carefully before emailing to advise of a faulty/missing/incorrect product.

 

Suitability for purpose

 

At the current time we recommend our fragrances are suitable only for use in AIR CARE PRODUCTS ONLY - this includes wax melts, candles, air freshener blanks (for use in vehicles), reed diffusers & room sprays. It is the responsibility of the customer to use the products with their own discretion and we would always advise all customers to carry out their own tests to ensure their products are suitable for the purpose they are sold for. We do not accept responsibility for damage or defect of goods arising from incorrect storage or use by the customer. We accept no liability for loss or consequential damage arising from the goods supplied, unless it is caused by our negligence or breach of duty. As fragrances behave in different ways in different bases we highly recommend that you perform tests. Please remember that fragrance oils are chemicals and should be handled with care at all times - you should always read the fragrance oil SDS and bottle label carefully before starting making your products.

 

Safety Data Sheets, CLP Label Templates

 

Enchanted Oils provide safety data sheets (SDS) for our fragrance oils these are emailed directly to purchaser once the goods are dispatched in accordance with GB MCL for SDS distribution.  The information we use in our Safety Data Sheets is provided to us by our suppliers and we use this information together with the latest substance information in the GB MCL Inventory.  We, also, voluntarily, provide a CLP label @ 10% load for labelling your non-hazardous base product and a CLP label with varying % for Reed Diffusers using AUGEO as the diffuser mix base and CLP label with varying % for Room Sprays using Perfumer's Alcohol as the mix base. 

 

If you are adding colours and other substances that may potentially be hazardous then you must take these into consideration in your labelling - THIS IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.  You can download the CLP from the section on our website entitled "CLP Documents for Download".

 

We would always recommend that our customers run their own tests and keep records to ensure there are no adverse outcomes of using these fragrance oils in any of your products - we do not accept any responsibility for any adverse effects of these oils.  You use these oils solely at your own risk and we recommend that you carry out all tests required to ensure your finished products are safe for consumer use. All documents issued for our fragrance oils or other products belong to Enchanted Oils and whether they are located on the Enchanted Oils website and/or Facebook Group documents belong to and remain the property of Enchanted Oils and no rights are given to use these documents in connection with any oils similar or the same on any other website, facebook page or similar digital media.  All documents are the property of Enchanted Oils and may not be shared without the prior consent of Enchanted Oils. 

 

It is important to remember that CLP & Safety Data Sheets substances are based on information that is made available to us by our suppliers and that these will change from time to time as new information on substances becomes available in the Industry.  Updated substance will require us to update our Safety Data Sheets and Fragrance Oil labels and may, also, require our Customers to update their CLP labels for their products to bring them into line with the latest information available.  The legislation states that updates of information should be carried out at the earliest opportunity - so we recommend updating them at the next opportunity to do so.  After-all the information you provide on your labels is so that your customers are able to use your products safely.
